Eye144, I assume you are speaking about the app itself and how to get the app to go to sleep in the background after reaching your destination.

The Wiki is mostly about the Waze Map Editor operation, with little about the app itself.

Searching for "toll" or "toll road" does not return the toll roads as a page title match or a page text match. However, searching for "toll roads" takes you directly to toll road section of the best map editing practice page.

Shouldn't the best editing practices page at least show up as a match for the first two searches?

Is there a way to limit to search just to the language I'm searching?
For example, I wanted to help an editor and give a particular wiki page that explains "end nodes"
Well, I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I got all the other languages as well.

No to your first question, but you can get to (or create a direct link to) a specific page if you need. So to answer this better, can you tell me what link in the Wiki you sent the user, or did you just say "search for *end nodes*?"

I gave this link: http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Junction_Style_Guide
It did cover (little) end node and deleting an extra node.

I am a little confused from your initial post now. The JSG link is a good example of how to link to the Wiki to a specific page. Are you trying to link to a particular section of that document?

Yes, I gave this as a reference point. He/She had other question that I knew this page would help.

Or were you trying to find something specific on "end nodes" and could not find it yourself so you used that JSG as a substitute?

Initially, Yes. I wanted to pin point the "end node", But, I believe that is covered as dead end.

Did you have "end node" as your search and that turned up lots of seemingly unrelated pages in other languages?

Yes, I got multiple answers and there were many with other languages as well.

Thank you for your help

Part of this page is outdated as well.

I have not kept track of points. If you know the new points and can reference the source, go ahead and make the change.

I have not either. An editor asked me the other day when he received the 300 candie bonus. I had to search and found it for him.

This is what I found.

Same here :)

I'll see if I can get more details.

Looks to be true. I started a new thread on that topic if anyone would like to contribute.
kentsmith9, the link you provided new thread on that topic does not exist.
