Waze forum

I noticed, when editing a page, that the toolbar is very small compared to what wikimedia is showing on the help page.

I am trying to edit/modify a table, but have no clue how to perform a specific layout. Every web search I have found has given me codes that don't match what I am seeing on the Waze wiki.

Is there a way for a user to add a toolbar or is this something that has to be done via the host server?

Is there some sort of add-on or program that I can download so that I could do the edits offline, then, when it's finished, just copy and paste onto the wiki page?
