I think
New Roads section pertaining to parking lots needs updating to be consistent with
Places Parking Lots along with
Parking Lot Roads

I have no concerns with the changes. I did note you changed:

...points layer ([[shortcut key]] Shift-G) to see...
to cap the link

The Wiki will find that page correctly with the lower case initial word. You would only want to have it be capitalized if the use of the phrase in the sentence should be capitalized. I believe "shortcut key" as a term in a sentence should be lower case.

There is no mention about Parking Lot landmarks, only roads. Since there are both a Parking lot road & landmark, I think the both should at least reference each other.

I believe I made the appropriate changes to the Best Map Editing Practice Wiki. If we need to add more or less feel free to let me know. All 3 places pertaining to Parking Lots now reference each other.
