Good ideas. But think you could have just added this to the thread on old landmark pages I started earlier today. You may have already been in process of writing this post though... Maybe I merge your post into that thread?

Merging will work. I'm okay with that. But, in general, we have to stop being so wishy-washy on these top-of-page notes regardless of page. If it should be a warning, make it abundantly clear.
