Link to blank page

The page How to add a new road to an existing junction in the WME Editing Manual is blank. It is linked to by 12 other pages as well. I suggest it be removed from the Editing Manual and turned into a redirect to Creating and Editing street segments

On all the pages that used that link I found the proposed page already connected. On the primary English pages still in use I removed the old link. For the other language pages, I have placed a redirect on the old page linking to the new page noted.
