Hi Jawad,
To prevent young editor alter the map incorrectly, thus affecting the work of others, it is convenient to block roads at the following levels:

Street - 1 or 2
Primary - 3
Ramp/Minor/Major/Free - 4

These are the smallest blocks that are currently required to work, then, when the mapping will be perfect, it will be necessary to increase the blocks for the Ramp, Major and Free.
