As Rocco suggested, a bit of reading is a must before jumping into editing. It will help you understand different types of roads used in Waze and how to link/join them etc. Here is the direct link for getting you started quickly.

Pakistan maps are edited using world map editor (linked in my signature below).

Permalink is a link shown in the bottom right hand corner of the editor window. It opens current editor view-port when clicked. This helps quickly locate the area being discussed here in forum.
