heat [HTC Legend]

Running waze boils my phone. :-(
According to battery thermometer it goes up to 60 °C shortly, even after 1/4 hours of use. It doesn't matter if it is connected to charger or not.

I just would like to know if it's a problem of my device only, or is it a general issue?

Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately it doesn't help too much, but at least I know that others are affected also.
The heat is not general, it's not because of the outside temperature or direct sunlight. It's coming from the device itself, and specifically the device running waze. Vent-mounted cradle may help, I will try that.
