Migrating Favorites from one Machine to Another

How do you migrate Favorites from a Nokia N8 (Symbian) to a LG Nexus 5 (Android)?

One possibility is to hook up the two machine to a computer via USB and copy the data files from one to the other (where ever they are) by brute force.

Is there a better way?

There is no need for brute force. Log out off app on Nokia, log in with same credentials on Nexus, then type ##@restorefav in search box then hit search.
