This is strange. This is what is visible to me:

Hazard on road
Object on road
Roadworks
Pothole
Vehicle stopped on road
Roadkill

Just for information I use the latest versions (3.8.1). Make sure your app is up to date.
If this changes nothing it is maybe something specific depending on where you live (I do live in Europe)

I am from the US. I too have these options. Are you in landscape? Perhaps you must scroll down? Understand also, do NOT click hazard on road. Vehicle stopped on road is an option underneath it on the same menu.

Click: Report→Hazard→on road→vehicle stopped on road.

Car broken down on road, not on shoulder

Postby Miami5O » Fri Aug 01, 2014 9:30 pm

So when reporting, I can't stand that when I see a car broke down ON the road, I have to select on the shoulder. If I access the "hazard menu" and "on the road", a vehicle is not an option. This should be changed simply because if a car is broken down on a road, that affects traffic much more than one on a shoulder somewhere.

hmmm, I know that there are other issues with the app here in 'Merica. Maybe that is another problem. I'll just again to make sure.

Since you are on the NA server and I'm on the International server, it could be some "server related stuf". ;)
