Can't change Navagation Language for wave 3.7

I used on older version of waze to change the navigation guidance language to Chinese.
After upgrading to waze 3.7,
I can change the "Lanauge" to English, but the Navagation Guidance cannot be changed (the dialog box says

LANGUAGE CHANGE:
Language: English (US)
Navigation Guidance (Chinese)


How do I change the Navigation Guidance Language?
