Don't worry, this happened to a lot of us here. The reports you did will disappear automatically after some time (all reports are limited in time). And if you don't make 'bad' reports often it won't affect your use (spammers will get banned out of the reports of the app, but normal users should not be affected).

Note that it is not possible to add a report somewhere else than where you are at the moment where you hit the pin in the low right of your screen when driving. If you couldn't report something when you passed by, it is better not to report it, than to try to report it later, even after 200-300m driving.
