Hello, the problem is when my iPhone 5s is connected to car audio via USB cable. The same problem was on my 4s too. The waze's volume is set to maximum. I'm always listening to music when driving. When using voices like Samantha, Tom, Carole everything seems to be fine, volume is great, directions are perfectly loud, music is turned down when directing. The problem starts when selecting some of newer voices like Terry Crews or Ichabod Crane. Those are silent. And by silent I mean I can hardly hear what is being said even when my stereo is turned up quite a bit. Music is turned down, but that voices are just unusable in this circumstances. I'm aware that this problem was reported earlier when using bluetooth equipment. I'm just curious if developers are aware of the problem?
