I lost over 37000 points. Is there any way to get them back? Is there any way to contact this company?

I sent an email. The points on the dashboard are the same as the program unfortunately.

Ok glade you found it. You may also want to check your dashboard on the website to see what the point are on there. If they are correct on the website then you should get them back in the app.

I can't remember exactly how many points I had before I lost them ALL after the latest update. But I know my rank was 1,045, and I was Waze Royalty. Now suddenly I'm back to a Baby Wazer? HELP! How do I retrieve all my points?
