Hello , i have same problem .
Until yesterday was wazer adult with almost 6000 points , and now in phone application have : " wazer bebe - we recalculate the rank , with points : 0 " and she stuck .
On Dashboard on PC, have " 6050 Points Your Ranking is 0 "
Can tell me somebody if anything wrong ? Can be solved ?

Same here. Mine is also stuck for at least a week or so. According to the info on the dashboard, the score was updated an hour ago. But it didn't.

Me too, stuck on rank 0 for a month or so. after updating Waze the trouble began. tried to unistall wipe data, but no. with the result that all my favorites dissapeared. points are growing but not the rank or level.

Mine too. Being stuck between warrior and knight as well. Can anyone help us?
