"My Profile" Won't Update to New Pick When I Select It

When you view my profile on my Waze App, it's just a silhouette of a person. I've tried to update it several times to a real picture, but it never stays.

When I'm done, Waze asks me if I want to change my details and I select "Yes". But the photo never sticks.

Same here. I try to upload an existing photo from my iPhone to be my profile pic, but it does not register.

Same problem here. I'm using a Walton Primo S2 (Allview V1 Viper S) with Android 4.3.
