Hello,

recently I´ve reinstalled my Android OS.
Now after installing Waze it recognized my Number and asked to confirm my identity by tapping on "Yes It me"

after this, it said "We can´t verify your account. Its lost in the stratosphere." etc.

After several recovery attempts it seems that there was generated a new account and assigned to my number so I decided to use it to report this problem here in the forum - but I want to delete it again and re-assign my old username .

I can´t understand why there is no simple "Recover Account by SMS-Code" function or something like this.

I would like to talk to somebody from the support team to find a solution.
