Waze is split into three areas. US/Canada, World, Israel. Points acquired in one area do not show up in other area.

I lost all my points and achievements after arriving to canada from Israel and for a few weeks now a baby wazer with 0 points! waze isnt getting back to me for the ticket created

Thanks! That makes sense - indeed when I log into my dashboard (via the site as per your link above) I see my 661,000 or so points from the USA / Canada area.

Seems like I'm the only and perhaps pioneering Wazer here in Kolkata... and boy could this city use some traffic optimisation!
