Changing phone number impossible if old number is defunct?

Hi,

Here's the case:

I've registered to Waze App (iOS) with a by-then functioning mobile subscription, which is now defunct. There is no password nor email address assigned to the account. Now, I'd like to transfer my account to my current mobile number but I simply can't figure out a way to do that. Any help?

Hopefully it will work for you too.

Eta: The last option at the bottom is "change phone number"
