ELEPHONE P6000 Android 4.4.4,Waze 3.9.4 map with black zones

I have installed the latest WAZE 3.9.3.0 in my ELEPHONE P6000 Android 4.4.4.
the map appears with black zone, icons havn't good size... we can't use Waze currently.

Do you have this issue ?

NB ELEPHONE will be soon updated to Android 5.0

Same issue with WIFI, or 4G LTE... or 3G...
Google Map works fine, just Waze is like this

Unfortunately it is not an internet connections
I am in the street with 4G LTE

As Jiayu S3 MTK6572 64bit Octa Core CPU, the Elephone P6000 has a MT6732 64bit with android 4.4.4.
I am wondering if Waze can really manage a 64bit+Android 4.4.4
NB : Elephone display is 1280*720pixels

I am wondering if Android 5.0 will solve the issue... P6000 will migrate to Lollipop in March probably.
