Uh Oh. New voice files not loading. Try again later

So my Waze stopped working today. Worked fine yesterday but now all I have is the icons all over the screen and a white screen... no map. Every once in a while the screen bounces up and down. Tried restarting the phone and resetting the app... nothing. What's up?
