Cannot connect from mobile App (Android)

Hello,

I cannot connect anymore from the mobile app. Each time I enter login/pwd, I get a impossible connection error, please verify your connection information (or smthg like that, it's in french).
However, my login/pwd works fine on Waze website and it has worked for more than 1 year on my phone. I've upgraded to 3.9.4 but I get the same error (used 3.8.1 before). I've not changed my phone and did not make any system upgrade. So, I now use a new account and it does not affect the way I use the app but I'd like to understand what happens with my real account. Do you have an idea of what could be the issue?

Edit: it seems that I'm the only one to have such a problem, so it's probably more a configuration issue than a bug. Where can I contact support directly to verify my account?
