Robot voices?

Hi I love Waze as an app but is it possible to change the robot like voice instructions? Other sat navs offer plain English spoken instructions and I would like this too, is it possible? Thanks

There are several options for the Voice - check Menu->Settings->Sound->Navigation Guidance.

Any of the voices that include street names are TTS (Text to Speech) and are a bit more robotic (there is an ongoing project to improve these, but it has no ETA yet). Also, some of the voices (typically celebrity ones) are available only for a limited time, usually around an event (i.e. in the US, Vlade Divac & Leandro Barbose will likely go away when the NBA Finals are over).
