Waze on Roadrover with win ce 6

hi,
can i install waze on roadrover multimedia system in my car that runs win ce 6?
i found some threads about that issue but all of them are old or not active links.

Currently the Waze app is only officially available for Android, iOS 6.0 or later and Windows Phone 8 & 8.1.
