Scoreboard on Phone showing no points

Although my points are seen when I login to the waze website, my phone scoreboard is showing my points as zero and that I am a baby wazer. I cannot say when this started but I didn't have that problem before.

Have you recently traveled from on Waze region to another? USA/Canada, ROW, Israel/
