Mobile app not accepting password

New phone. Installed app.
Try to login. No success.

Assume I have forgotten password.
Reset password process completed.
Try to log into app. No success.
Login to website to confirm new password working. Success.
Wait 12 hrs.
Try to login again. No success.

Contact support. Receive link to password reset process.
Repeat password reset process.
Confirm password working on waze.com. Success.
Try again on app. No success.

The site does not care about capitalization but the mobile app does.
Odd. But thank you.

All caps in mobile app did the trick.

First suggestion, your username & password is case sensitive - so "ALEXANDER_F" is not the same as "Alexander_F" or "alexander_f", etc. Make sure the phone isn't auto-correcting something / changing case on you.
