This is a community forum. Nobody from the Waze Staff ever reads this. To contact them you should use the support button of the website, or answer the mail you received with the invite (if it is not a noreply adress). If you are a Beta Tester you can also use your account on CenterCode, where Waze Staff presence is higher.
