Please put back Stephen Colbert Voice Navigation

Please put back the Stephen Colbert voice nav. Most of the voices uploaded as advertisements are unusable or annoying. This one was actually functional and a pleasure to have.

At the very least take notes on how guest advertised Voice nav should be done.
