Create shortcuts for the most commonly used features.

Example
Marking a broken car on the side of the road requires a bunch of steps. Half the time I give up because by the time I get to the right place in the app, I'm half a mile past the broken car. Not to mention that I'm NOT supposed to use my phone while driving.

How about you press one button and pops up the most common events that you mark - police, broken car on the side of the car, accident, roadkill. Maybe let the user customize shortcuts.
