Pictures still don't work for me, now using Marshmallow and Waze 4.3. Still freezes when I take the picture.

My son and I have the same problem, we have Galaxy Note 4 running Android version 5.1.1, my wife has a Note 2 running Android version 4.4.2 and she has no problem nor my daughter on her Iphone 6. Today I used their phones (Note 2 and Iphone) with my account and everything was fine so the problem is with Android version 5.1.1 since our Note 4 on a previous Android versions was ok.

I am having the same issue with Galaxy S5 running 5.1.1. I was able to add place via Android app or add photo of place navigated to. It stopped working about a month ago. Any new information about this bug?

Sorry for the late reply.. Yes I did. I entered 2##2 into the search bar and sent the logs today. Hopefully this helps!

My suggestion would be to go to your Local Forums by Country (Language) and check with local/global champs if you have been blocked from reporting places with the app for some reason. That is not linked to your ability to add them in WME.

Eventually send a PM to editors who have locked places to a higher level to know why they have done it.

You need to press your "Search" button (on iPhone it's blue and at the bottom right of the keyboard) to validate the entry.

Wow, just saw the dates. This has been going on for awhile. Anybody found a fix?
I'm having the same problem with my S5. I added a photo to a place about 2 weeks ago with no drama. Don't think it's related, but the S5 upgraded to 6.0 a short time after that. I tried portrait (usually use landscape), same result (seems to be an issue with Waze sometimes).
RussPA: Looks like "Send logs" is at the bottom of the settings drop down on Android. There is a Bee icon there. The "forms here" hotspot wasn't real helpful, otherwise it went pretty well.
