BUG - no map being displayed during navigation
Hi there,
First of all you MUST sort out a better ability for reporting issues.
I have spent 30 mins on my phone trying to find where the report issue button / email address is but nothing. it is like you don't want customers to contact you and help you out.
I then spent another 30 mins searching on my laptop, and again, NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU
So I am left to report this in the forum, I guess its then up to you weather you do anything or not!!!
I had major issue yesterday when using the latest Waze app, the navigation was working but the map was zoomed out to only show the whole country, no roads nothing, it was USELESS.
I tried closing app, restarting nothing it was like the app couldn't get any map data.
The voice and directions were working, i.e. turn left at next junction, but was useless without the map visible as there were 2 left turns!!!!
I ended up switching back to Google maps.
I will no longer use Waze until this is fixed.
