I'm sure the last thing you want to hear are the basics, but it's always worth checking;

Under calendar events > calendars - you have all calendars ticked that you wish to sync with Waze
You also have the "Get calendar reminders" on

Under notifications - calendar reminders is ticked

Under iOS settings you have Waze notifications allowed

Ultimately do your calendar events show in the recent destination list?

The notifications used to work for me, but stopped working after I had to uninstall/reinstall Waze. I think since then they've worked once, even though I verified all my settings were correct.

I did notice that I get time to leave notifications directly from Calendar, itself, still (however, I used to get both that and the Waze notifications). I'm testing now with the "Time to Leave" alert within the specific Calendar entry changed to "None" -- I'm thinking maybe the iOS/Calendar notifications may be clashing with the Waze ones for some reason.

I am in America. And FWIW: iPhone 6, latest iOS.

The problem was solved for me by deleting and re-installing the app. Received my first time-to-leave notification the next day.

I still don't get notifications... I'm not even bothering with the Calendar yet, I don't get notifications for a planned drive I set up in Waze. I have all the above settings set correctly and Waze tells me that it will send a notification when it is time to leave, but the notification never happens. The planned drive is there, I see it under "Planned Drives" and Waze knows about it, because when I open Waze after I should already be driving it asks me if I am on my way and offers directions. I am on an iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it as well, to no avail.

Same here. Settings seem to be correct. Events show up in Waze. It also tells me that I will receive a notification (after confirming the address).

But still did not worked. (

I am from Germany and location reporting has just been activated in the recent weeks.

By the way there is a good manual in Google help (Google "time to leave" "Waze").
