I just installed on my new galaxy nexus and waze didn't restore my favorites. Is there anyway to force it?

No... You could try to reinstall and keep your fingers crossed this time...

After migrating to a Galaxy S4 just now, Waze didn't restore my favorites automatically.

The ##@restorefav command did the trick. Put it on the navigation search box, search, and then agree when asked... but do it quickly because the dialog will close and it will start to really search something.

I recently got a new phone, and my favorites have disappeared. Home and Work are still correct. I've tried deleting and reinstalling numerous times. I'm sure this question has been asked and answered many times, but I didn't see it when I looked. Thanks in advance

Thanks, but that didn't work either. It also says I only joined 3 days ago, when I've had ways for several years now. Is there a way to see if I have another username associated with phone number?

I got an iPhone 5 and an Samsung galaxy S4. Both installed with waze. I'm primarily using the iphone 5. When i installed it on my S4. The favorites that I saved in my iPhone 5 is not there. I already logged in my account on both of the devices. Please help.

I run Waze on two devices. One at the time. To "sync" favorites I delete all traces of Waze on one device. That includes clear data, clear cache, force stop, uninstall, delete waze folder. Wait few hours and re install from .apk or Play Store.

I accidentally erased all my sdcard data which wiped all my apps' settings as well. Waze wouldn't resync my favorites.

I wish they have syncing options on the next update though...
