Volume of voice prompts

Hello. Suddenly, the volume of voice prompts greatly reduced with a maximum volume smartphone. The settings have not changed. Resetting the vase did not help. What could it be?

Go under Settings->Sound in Waze and make sure App Volume didn't get turned down somehow.
