Works fine for me on Iphone 6 with iOS 10

If you're referring to RobertMal; seeing he said "Apple Store" and "they had a look at it" and "they replaced the phone" makes me believe it's the physical Apple store, not App store on your phone/computer.
If not, last update in the UK App store was on 30-10.

I am having exactly the same problem. Have tried most of the above

The onboard maps app works fine so don't think it is the phone. Just a constant oops!
Really disappointed.

He said Waze had issued a bug fix

Just re-installed and still crashes intermittently still. iPhone 6 Plus using iOS 10.

What phone are you using?

Try uninstalling, restarting and then redownload from the AppStore

Also check in configuration, in localization, in Waze, if localization it's activated and set to always

Erase Waze, restart phone, reinstall Waze. It should be OK. It works with Iphone 6S. Before was crushing.
