Child alert still coming up though turned off

I got an alert tonight not to leave a child in the car, but I opted out of this alert. I even checked my settings and it is turned off. Anyone else getting alerts that they do not want?

No, I tested mine a bit ago after seeing this post earlier today. With it off, it stayed off. Can you provide more info as to what version of the app you're running? What device/OS, etc?

In addition to providing the important information karlcr9911 requested:
Just for kicks and since nothing else it working, try turning Child Alert ON, and navigating a route so it "engages". Then turn it off again. Hopefully it is kludged and needs a nudge :)
