Conflicts with music playing in car

hi,
i have a ford fiesta titanium , when my phone ( apple iphone 6s) is connected to the car media system via USB and i'm playing music , when a waze announcements comes on it gets cut off for example
expected announcement:
"in 400 meter turn right"

actual announcement :
" in ... "

i'm afraid this is not an option for me, is there a resolution for this issue ? i should mention it started happening in the last month or so , up untill then there was no such problem

Yes, this problem is not new. When you stream your music with BT and drive with waze, then you haven't this problem. I think so. Can you try it?
