Rank Wiped Out Completely

Device: Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Verizon)
OS: Android 4.0.4

My initial issue was my app was not showing my updated miles, but the dashboard was. For some reason, it still showed me as a Baby Wazer, long after I crossed the 100 mile mark with the app guiding me...So, thinking that it was an issue with my phone, I wiped out all the data, cleared the cache, uninstalled, and then reinstalled my app...

So just now, when I logged into My Dashboard, everything is completely gone and reset, as if I haven't driven the 500 miles or so since yesterday...I drove from Knoxville, TN to Detroit, MI with Waze open the whole time, and did a fair amount of reporting...

Am I screwed completely..?

** edit **

I logged out and logged in again, and it looks like my miles are back..! But the app still says I'm a Baby Wazer... :?

Yes, it does take some time to sync scores up to a new device / re-install

Isn't that ironic..!

I have family in Knoxville, I travel to and from there pretty often...I edited my first post, seems like after I logged out and logged back in, my miles, or most of them anyway, are showing back up again...

But my mobile devices:

Say otherwise...I'm still researching to see if this is an existing issue though...

There is a bug in the Waze system that wipes out your ranking when you log in. Waze uses the ranking of the device you used to create a username.

So if I have been using Waze for hundreds of trips for a year now and finally got around to adding a user name that was created on another device, it wipes out the ranking and uses the ranking on the device where a username was created.

Why?

Shouldn't a pop-up appear asking if I would like to merge the history of my iphone with this new uersname?

I just tried deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if that helps.

Any suggestions?

Maybe you haven't logged in with your account on the new installation.

PS: The guidelines suggest avoid necroposting

I think there is another server problem.

I live in France and I have the same problem with world\waze url, but here it is 00:39 AM so maybe tomorrow, when I'll wake up, everything will be of ;-)

[EDIT] :
The answer can be found in the waze status page :

I have a similar issue.
Used my Waze for thousands of miles on my Galaxy Nexus, but now I bought a Nexus 5. It shows me as a baby wazer. When I go to my scoreboard (inside the mobile app), I can see all my score still there, and it recognizes me as a Knight Wazer. But the rest of the app still insists I'm a newbie, can't set my mood, etc, etc.

Do I need to transfer the application data from my Galaxy Nexus to my Nexus 5? Does that even work?

I think it just needed some time to synchronize my rank with my score. Don't know why, but now it's normal, I'm a Waze Knight with a cool mood again.

Are you looking at the US version of the dashboard?

(And hi from a Knoxville resident!)
