In a new country = new language

Hello,

Once I travel abroad, local language is automatically downloaded and used !?? How can I prevent this ?

And, when back to my country, Belgium, why Dutch is activated by default, and not French, my initial choice ?

Even voice control make fun in Europe. And since last update I could not change language any more... And Dutch was set as my "preferred" in Germany.

You can't prevent it but just go to Settings > Sound & voice > Voice directions and switch to what you want.
