I had some crashes, sometimes was kernel panic with SGS2 CM9.

Alarm on radar has to big button for "here no" and for closing is there just small X on corner. This will be navigate users to say here no radar offen by mistake.

Vitj, with CM9 have you experienced lost of GPS reception sometimes when this dialog appears? I'm on CM10 and I usually I got no GPS reception message when the speed cam alerts appears.

I don't know what was reason for crash. If i can remember, was pop-up window with alarm of radar or something similar. I don't think, that was problem with loosing GPS signal.

With this new version, I'm missing the Advanced option to "Compress Data" and under My Profile to hide Facebook details such as Picture and FB name. (And I think I've looked all over the place under Settings too for this to make sure it wasn't moved somewhere else)

My Purple Waze Monster Mood icon looks old school compared to how the rest of the other peoples' mood icons now look like in my area.

Otherwise, pretty stable so far on HTC One X running ICS 4.0.4

The last few days, TTS was working normally when I first started out, but as soon as the next turn instruction was more than a quarter-mile away, the TTS reverted to the garbage that we've been complaining about all over this thread. Perhaps there's a problem when it looks for the TTS data for the longer instructions?

You may be on to something. I know that in the current iPhone app store release, if you bring up the nav list the future directions are often missing their names. If you close the nav list and then bring it back up right away, then they appear. Also, the on screen next turn directions sometimes pop up as "..." for the name for a few seconds. So maybe there is a similar issue going on where the client is not fetching future information far enough in advance.

it would be nice to add in the navigation bar when approaching the destination the numerical address. right now, waze only shows the street.

it would also be nice if waze would say on the right or on the left.

a destination needs to be set first because the stop point is also an "along the route" feature.

if you choose navigate, categories, fast food, it will show restaurants the are close as well as somewhat far from your current position.

if you put in a destination and then choose navigate, add a stop, categories, fast food, it will choose items that are along the route or near the route on the way to your destination.

TTS gives no problems, the Dutch is sometimes wrong with emphasis sometimes wrong. I don't like the TTS because the volume is too low while driving (all versions).

When I try to "Share my ride" Waze closes down after sending the email. So much for sharing my ride until finisch :D . This happened twice and I tried twice.

Popping menu's are strange, but acceptable.

Closing popups is not consistent and there are some that had before the auto close that I now mis.

When an email send (share ride, facebook messages) I get a choice of GMail (good), (google) drive (?), Sky drive and Evernote. Strange choice. I also have Exchange but that is not presented.

Display of ways is better, details are shown faster.

Waze one time closed on me without an reason. Only a bell and a popup that it closes down. Log file are send automatically after restart.

Everyone is talking about a video, did not see one on my HTC Sensation.

Nice developments

This beta is really not stable. Yesterday it crashed on me twice in a 30 km drive, which is too much. Never have been able to send my drive, better said, it works, but then Waze closes on me, so session lost and e-mail is not useful any more.
This morning all messages were only partially drawn (upper part only) and it decided to show me (partial) messages for more then two minutes while I was driving at a 100 km/h.

Also the female voice (Dutch) is not loud enough on my HTC Sensation that speaks the street names, while the Dutch male voice is not a problem (no street names).

Another problem is that my HTC Sensation becomes rather hot. Not too hot to touch, but it is hotter then in previous versions. And this also happens when I'm not charging the battery. So I think it is calculating much more then previous versions (don't have the tools to check) and so it is draining my battery.

Also why is there a service (6.3Mb?) left in memory while Waze is not running? What is the need for that?

When GPS is off, Waze does not warn you that GPS is not available. It does this in the Play version.
