That is currently working as designed and has been publicized before. Primary route will not have a toll road if you have "avoid toll roads" turned on, but alternate routes may have toll roads. It is planned to give more granular maybe trinary control such as "never use (never include in any routes", "avoid (can be included in alt routes)" and "use."

That is country-specific, but generally, thumbs up is acceptable worldwide. Iran is one place it is NOT acceptable. I would rather it had remained as it was a much smaller button.

This is really interesting and troubling. I tested the betas repeatedly on an iPhone4 with 5.1.1 with no issues nearly as serious as these.

This change is neither simple nor something which can be fixed with just an app update.

That is restricted by Apple.

Restricted to 100 per developer account.

Yep, and they have been full for a long time. I believe how often the list testing devices can be changed is also restricted. That's what we've been told.

I can confirm this bug. And, I can confirm that this didn't happen during the 3 beta versions I tested.

Paved roads should disappear after a while on the app, but there's some kind of bug which has been keeping them longer. If they aren't on the map either, then add them with the editor. It's faster and more accurate to use the editor anyway. You can align with other GPS tracks. And all your drives are in the editor, so you can see where you drove where there is no road.

Waze never stored "tracks" in the app. I'm not sure what you're meaning.

stevecody wrote:I'm pretty sure with the old version of Waze, if I tapped a Wazer on the map, the details for that person would be displayed, centered on the screen. Now, they appear near the top or out of the screen view. Is the new behavior where I have to tap them then move the screen or center the screen on their icon first? That's kinda lame, especially since I may click on several people in a row sometimes. Auto-centering was nice.

This was terribly frustrating to deal with Waze during beta testing. NO ONE liked this and complained multiple times. The UI for this popup is terrible now. Totally agree. We tried!
