My current theory is that these are drives that were shared with friends _and_ a friend actually viewed the link.

My point total have not change for the last couple days right after the update to 3.5. Does any know how you contact Waze about this?

The Waze champs communicate directly with support. We're the ones who relay the majority of the problems from the users to support. When they're being inundated with nanorep requests as they are right now, your individual reports are likely to take weeks.
