Why does Waze make it so hard to get support?
I emailed because the help via email interface on the app is broken and all I get is an autoreply. Where are the humans????

Sending an email is not supported. However, using the form on the Support page
is how to get direct support.
What part of the app sends an email? Could you post a screenshot?

What form are you talking about? This is a free app. I don't know of any free app that gives telephone support. If you clue me in on what type of help you need, I can tell you how to accomplish that.

Good companies offer help via email and phone. And when they do, the form WORKS.
