Mobil station at 1095 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH, USA yesterday and today have same day reports of regular gas at $3.479. But if you go there the price is really 3.589. I believe the owner of the station is using Waze to put up an attractive price to get wazers to stop. When they discover the bogus price many must fill up anyway as other prices are about the same. How can Waze keep this behavior from happening?

You can't. Just put in the right price. If you notice it happening repeatedly, note the name of the user who last updated the price, get some screenshots over the course of a few days. Then come back here and post the same. If it looks shady, we can get Waze to look into it.
