All messages displayed on first load. Maybe 8 or 10. Without waiting for older messages to load. I was not using mark all button, but manually marked all displayed messagesperlin wrote:How many messages at once did you try to delete?porubcan wrote:Had 2 crashes ca. 4.5 hours ago while trying to delete multiple messages from inbox. This is so called "near you now" which was implemented in metropolitan areas in NA and then in some european city areas with plans for massive rollout for INTL.Autourdupc wrote:Hey !
This week-end, just after starting Waze, I saw a message on a black bubble "There are 127 wazers near you".
I'm not connected to any social network...
Is this a new functionnality ?
This was a very nice message... Should be displayed more frequently... But we need to know the radius for the count of "wazer near me". If the radius is 15 km, I don't care of the message. If the radius is 1 km, it start to be interresting !
That's what happen often when you tap pink "nearby wazer" icon. It was reported many times for several beta versions but still not fixed.Autourdupc wrote:Very strange... I was outside, just coming back home, and Waze was running perfectly. Suddendly a new icon appears on the screen, I tap on it and... teleportation to the new world !davipt wrote:Yes it's called "Android GPS API returns coordinates 0,0 to the client when it can't find GPS signal". Foursquare also from time to time have a venue called something like "The lost world of broken Androids".Autourdupc wrote:A new planet discovered by Waze
Go outside, get a GPS fix, and you'll be back to earth (the small letter, non-water version)
makes sense. I was close to border (not in roaming coverage, as I have roaming data connectivity turned off) when starting the client.foxitrot wrote:Due to the proximity, although no idea why and how (cell network roaming because of sudden short carrier outage? It has been happening there in the past), your client could have been "logically snapped" to Austria. While "there", the GP button is always hidden - they are still not among the Gas Prices' countries.
