So how do I make them pop up when stopped?

'Cue the trumpets! You were the top sco...' (I can't see the rest of the message because it cut off in the messages notification list, but, I'm guessing it has something to do with scoring in the previous week)

"Cue the Trumpets" is quite an old-style message. It used to appear every Tuesday morning for the Top 3 Wazers in each "area." This was turned off some time ago and hasn't been seen since. It could definitely be part of some testing they are doing for a future update.

Autourdupc wrote:Found that Zoom level is not good when in navigation.
Even when I modify zoom level to zoom in, it change itself and go back to a zoom out level too bad !

Isnt' that because you have autozoom on? Or if not, then yes, I consider it a bug that zoom changes even in manual mode.

Autourdupc wrote:And also, streen names are misplaced on route !
In this case, I can't see where i should turn.

Yes, that is bad, and the road name should be aligned the other direction. In autozoom mode, as you get closer, the map zooms in and the name no longer will cover the intersection (usually).
Perlin has acknowledged a few times that placement of the street names in purple will continue to be tweaked in future versions.

The setting is available in the 'preference' file.

GPS.Show coordinates: yes

Yep

It's only currently (should be!) on the original popup message, not in the inbox.

Shouldn't be. Did you perhaps do it to stop the "when stopped popups"?

And I and many, many others get no popups at all when stopped. So, we've proven nothing either way. But I'm sticking with what Perlin wrote.

(There is no popup radius in social network settings.)

Nope. Developers have stated that Event Radius selection is non-functional in the app. Changing it does nothing. All controlled on the server side now.

Not so fast. :)

Articles posted on the internets today suggest there is a critical mass of users who must report a road closed. There is some magical trickery which assigns what is referred to as a "trust value" to users. Maybe that's rank, who knows?! But fewer users of higher trust value are required to close a road and affect routing for all users. (This sounds a bit similar to users required to unapprove cameras from the use of the "Not there" button in the app.)

We don't know all the details, and perhaps never will, just like routing engine details.

Nope.

Then it doesn't route others around road closures...

Not necessarily. They could have implemented server-side changes to take the reported closures now and have that affect the routing engine for everyone. We know the app itself for both iOS and Android is the same as the last beta, but that doesn't speak to back-end potential changes.
