What's the scoop with the Blackberry 10 Waze version?

Postby AlanOfTheBerg » Fri Mar 15, 2013 6:35 pm

https://twitter.com/waze/status/312621753446838272

Is this a new client or something running in emulation?

UPDATE: Finding more links as I go:
http://crackberry.com/waze-blackberry-10
http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore ... trycode=US

This is a v3 client. Shows itself in the "store" as v 1.0.

According to comments, it's an Android port.

The link says its an Android port, like most of what is available on the BB10.

Waze don't give a s**t about blackberry users. A word of advice. Don't give waze any of your time as I did cos they will just screw you over.

Waze should ask blackberry to develop the waze client for blackberry devices.

Please create a native app for the BB10/Z10! The existing one (port) is a bit sluggish and buggy sometimes. I would use the app more if it was smoother, faster, and less apt to crash/hang.

It's published in the appstore with the same developpers account as the old official version.

Great start consider this is only a android port which i feared they would have done its better than nothing, BB10 devices releasing in about a week in US. Hopefully in future we will see them to develop a native version again.
