For On Road issues

I was thinking waze could include a lane specification with where a object is on the road or construction/which lane seems to be running the fastest

It's doubtful that all smartphones and GPS in general has good enough reliable (meaning ALL the time) precision to make this possible. Some can do it, but not all.
