Thank you sir,WeeeZer14 wrote:At the bottom of the screen, make sure you have the forum set to display posts sorted by post time and not something else like by author.a4bolek wrote:...posts are not in order...
Sure, some of the posts stand on their own.dan_in_TX wrote:This is a "feedback" thread, in which each post is assumed to stand on it's own as official feedback for the 3.7 release of Waze on Android. If someone is responding to another, they should quote, or at least name the person they are responding to, to show the connected thoughts.a4bolek wrote:How can anyone participate in this thread? It is a mix of completely disconnected thoughts, responses to questions that don't exist, posts are not in order, what a freaking mess. WTF
Favorites are stored in file called "history". Always keep backup of this file. Just copy "history" file into Waze folder.mangkubumi wrote:after updating to the latest version of waze from play store my waze is crashing everytime i start the application. unfortunately i'm not yet register yet as waze member, so my favourite was not backed up to waze server. i already copy my waze folder on android hoping that maybe i can restore the favourite poi, but i dont know how to restore it. Like everything in this life it all depends who is counting the beans.dan_in_TX wrote:I don't even have "Maps" show up in my consumer list...a4bolek wrote:Funny, how ever since the "merge" Waze does not show as battery consumer. It is considered part of the "Maps".

This problem exist since November 2012. Ever since Droid DNA (1920x1080) has entered the market. Waze acknowledges the problem but they refuse to do anything about it.jerry9254 wrote:Display controls 'overlap' on Galaxy S4.
Running WAZE 3.7.2 on a Samsung Galaxy S4. When the phone is positioned on its side so the display is in landscape mode, there are graphics that overlap one another that interfere with normal use of the interface. Specifically, the lower left-hand menu icon overlaps the 'my location' icon and the lower right-hand icon overlaps the 'zoom out' icon.
Is this something requiring a software update, or is this something I can adjust, and if so, where?

What's extremely disturbing is the fact that other hi resolution devices are treated right. It's 1080p devices that suffer from wrong UI layout.dan_in_TX wrote:The question isn't "can it be fixed" because any IT professional knows that it can with some code tweaking. Can it be fixed ?
Don't get your hopes too high. Those now highly paid Google employees will look more at their wallets then at their code.spookyx wrote:I am having the same issue.dan_in_TX wrote:The question isn't "can it be fixed" because any IT professional knows that it can with some code tweaking. It will be fixed, sometimes in the future, but probably on the next major release like 3.8.
