Report posting question

I'm curious, where does Waze actually place the report that I post while driving? For example...
If I see a car on the side of the road about 50 feet in front of me (traveling at 60 mph) and I decide to report it for other users, does Waze put it on the map at the point (geographical location) that I hit the report button or the point (geographical location) where I hit the send button? By the time I hit the send button I could be 500-600 yards away from the car in question.

Yep. That's why it says at the bottom of the screen "Report location saved" when you tap the report button.
